What's the catch?

There isn't one really. The free plan allows two people to have a video call of any length, and group calls up to 40 mins which is pretty generous. And the Pro plan which is only £12 per month allows you to have group meetings up to 24hrs long (who wants to be in that meeting?), and record your calls.
