Smart Business Recovery
We were approached by Gavin and Jo Bates who were starting a new insolvency and recovery business, in Leicestershire. They needed a strong, yet memorable brand identity, together with an informative website, that would help them to effectively market, develop and grow the business in the future; but like many start-ups, they were concerned about costs.
In the first instance, we provided separate proposals for the logo and the website, but we also offered a discounted bundle option, which included the two together. This represented good value for money and was a great choice for Gavin and Jo. We then met with them for our ‘Discovery meeting’. This is where we ask lots of questions and have some detailed discussions, so we can really get under the skin of who they were and what their new business represented.
Clarity and choice
Following this meeting, we were much clearer on style, design, imagery, colours, typography and messaging. So, we produced a few different options, from which Gavin and Jo choose their favourite. Once the big decision had been taken, we went on to design their brand identity and website, which was expertly built by one of our developer partners.
When the new brand identity launched, Gavin and Jo were delighted. It enabled their business to grow quickly thanks to the generation of vital new leads. In addition, potential clients were able to understand more about the ways in which Smart Business Recovery could help and support them.
